So Maya, where do you see yourself holding Public Office?? I would Vote for you because God is raising up people like yourself to influence the earth for the Kingdom of God. This is how it is supposed to be...."When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..." (Proverbs 29:2) I will be praying for your wisdom and God's perfect timing for you to gain access and acceptance!

Powerful words. There is a yearning for leaders with courage and integrity. Employees want to be lead by leaders who are honest and compassionate. Core values, like integrity, respect for all people must be exhibited at all times. Trust is the currency that binds employee to us. They can see in our actions and treatment if we/ our actions are authentic. Those beliefs are inculcated in everything we do which creates enthusiastic, deep follow ship and loyalty. This is why people are drawn to us, and allow us lead effectively. My people don't work for me... they are in my care.
